Authorisation Code is not received when IS third party KM jars added

Description

Hi Team,

Here IS 6.1.0 is configured as KM with APIM 4.2.0 version where IS is used as a third party KM following the documentation [1].

In here we need to add the jwso2is.notification.event.handlers-1.6.8.9.jar and wso2is.key.manager.core-1.6.8.9.jar jars to the repository/components/dropins directory of IS server.

However after this configuration Authorisation Code grant type is not working as expected for the SP applications created on the IS server. In summary auth code is not received with the redirection.

Kindly appreciate your input on this as this seems to be working with the old 1.6.8 version KM jars.

Steps to Reproduce

• Configure IS KM setup with APIM 4.2.0 and 6.1.0 server with latest jars added to the dropins directory and executing the following request to get a Auth Code.

https://localhost:9443/oauth2/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=CnRJjvXO7AXKMZpYRZW2hyQT6zQa&redirect_uri=https://example.com/

• Observe the redirection URL.
