Issues with Subscriber filtering on API Publisher

Problem

There is no option to search subscribers Under Manage Subscriptions

Steps to Reproduce

• Create an API and subscribe to it with many applications created by different users.
• In Publisher, navigate to Relevant API > Portal Configurations > Subscriptions> Manage Subscriptions

Solution

As the MUIDataTable does allow other filter types as well including textField, update the table filterType and add a full text search for the criteria.
