This issue is created to track the progress of kotlin-stdlib version upgrade from 1.4.10 to 1.6.0.

Kotlin-stdlib 1.4.10 is getting packed via okhttp_4.9.3.wso2v1[1] and okio_2.8.0.wso2v1[2].
