Describe the bug
The text documentation for SparkSim.getRelativeEncoderSim says it returns a SparkAbsoluteEncoderSim. The signature of the method is however correct. I'm looking at https://codedocs.revrobotics.com/java/com/revrobotics/spark/sparksim#getRelativeEncoderSim()
