REVLib Spark simulation not iterating integrated rotor sensor position or connected absolute encoder sensor position/velocity when enabled in sim

Describe the bug
Calling m_sparkSim.iterate() does not update the sensor position or velocity as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use Spark Sim
2. Enable sim in teleop mode
3. Look at sim device position value while trying to drive motor
4. Profit
   Expected behavior
   Sensor position is updated
