User Story
As a system, I want to find eligible domains

Acceptance Criteria

  • Get domains from the following elements and decide if they should be preconnected or not:
    • link
    • script
    • iframe
  • When WPR debug is enabled, eligible domains are logged into the console (to make it testable)
