Converting this extension to Manifest V3

I've just found https://github.com/wopehq/muninn and I like a lot so far.

This extension seems like it would be a nice complement to it. If anyone with experience in Chrome extension development reads this, is there a quick way to estimate how complex a migration to Manifest V3 would be (for someone with no experience in it)?

This extension uses very few permissions. So migration to Manifest V3 shouldn't be too difficult.
