Auto-restart failed downloads

To get around the 50 files limit, I restart failed gdown --folder --continue URL with 30 minute pauses. I think, there should be a switch to do that automatically. Not sure about the interval, but 30 minutes works for me, while 20 is too short.

Maybe, there should also be a counter to limit the number of retries for a given file.
