Download stops when 'many accesses'

Hi. The command gdown --folder worked the first time, but the second time the output was

Cannot retrieve the public link of the file. You may need to change
	the permission to 'Anyone with the link', or have had many accesses. 

As the permissions are ok, I guess Google does not grant too frequent accesses, however, what frequent means is not specified. Any workaround or solutions?
