<p>Reconstructing ordered ontogenic trajectories provides methods for:</p>

<li>Identifying informative genes (crude),<br /></li>
<li>Finding a sparse graph structure between closely related cells by removing spurious edges and<br /></li>
<li>Traversing the graph in a biologiclal informed way using a Directed Non-markovian Monte-Carlo method.</li>
