I have configured hadoop2.5.1. And I want to develop hadoop program in Eclipse with hadoop-eclipse-plugin. When compiling the plugin as README.md，I get the failed message:

BUILD FAILED
Target  "Declipse.home=/ECLIPSE_HOME" does not exists in the project "eclipse-plugin".

I have checked the ant arguments, it's no problem.Why？What is probablely reason?
