Cant sent to announcement-channels - only groups/user

Does anybody know why it doesn't send a message to accouncement channels even if the bot has the proper rights and is admin? Did anyone face similar issues? It's not throwing any error so I can't see whats wrong, looks like it works but in the channel is no message afterwards.

I can not even receive something from the channel

I can not fix what telegram does not allow...

I wonder how other bots etc. are doing it then, as there are definitely bots that can post in such channels.

@TechupBusiness I see your point ... I will do some research, but right now I do not have any clue what to change. If you find something in the telegram documentation about that you can sent it to me and I will do my best to fix it.
