Fix DataTriggerBehavior action bindings

Fixes #35

• Use dispatcher Post to execute some trigger to ensure all bindings in action/trigger are realized
• Initialize of needed StyleElement actions/behaviors/triggers
• Use property changed handler instead static observable handlers
