Den Code für Migration von CB v0.* auf CB v2.* deprecaten um diesen Code irgendwann entfernen zu können und nicht mehr warten zu müssen.

Wir möchten diese Art der Migration für neuere Versionen nicht mehr unterstützen um Abhängigkeiten und Arbeit aus dem Plugin fernzuhalten.

Migration wird immer noch möglich sein, aber mit einem manuellen Zwischenschritt auf die zuletzt unterstützte Version (der Migration, z.B. 2.10.2).
