Six months have passed, so we're publishing another set:

• Review Draft Publication: December 2018 compat#109
• Review Draft Publication: December 2018 console#153
• Review Draft Publication: December 2018 dom#724
• Review Draft Publication: December 2018 encoding#165
• Review Draft Publication: December 2018 fetch#847

Then next month another five and then the month after the remainder. I thought it was worth mentioning this here in case not everyone has their filters configured around this yet.

Today/tomorrow, whenever @domenic gets around to it. https://github.com/whatwg/meta/blob/master/MAINTAINERS.md#review-drafts documents our process around this, but since it's all a bit new I thought I'd file this issue as well.

Closing this as they have all been merged now. The remainder will be published in January and February without notice here, following the same process.

To clarify, there will be notice in the usual places, as discussed in #73 and documented on the participate.whatwg.org page. See also the email in your primary and secondary contacts' inboxes titled "WHATWG policy change and Review Draft notifications".

Anne just opened a special issue here as a one-time "bonus" notification since this is only the second time we've done review draft publications, and it was nice to remind people of how the system works.
