Clarify: CSS import assertions use "script" as the destination, is that intended? #8764

Sound like it should be "style", so that preloading with as=style would work and Sec-Fetch-Dest would show the right thing.
I think this is an oversight. Perhaps it was discussed and I missed the discussion

Yeah, in fact this seems like a duplicate to me. Any reason to keep them as separate issues?
