Update stablitz deps

issue report tempalte links to a nice little stackblitz starter. However I dealt with few users trying to create reproduction there which is failing because it has outdated deps (wagmi, viem, typescript and tasntack query). I would update it myself and create a PR, but then we would lose the nice url slug :D

If you think it's fine to have a new slug, I can create my fork and submit a PR to edit it in issue template
