Use publicClient.verifyMessage Action for the useSignMessage hook instead of utills verifyMessage

Hello all,

Really like that you added the utility on viem to verify messages from both Contract Accounts (& EOA): publicClient.verifyMessage Action.

However, UseSignMessage Hook can only verify a message that was signed by an Externally Owned Account (EOA). That's because it uses verifyMessage from wagmi-core and viem's different action verifyMessage

Could we add support for the single universal method publicClient.verifyMessage for both the hook and the action? That would be a huge improvement across many dapps as they would support both EOAs and Contract Accounts out of the box.
