Summary Top 10 Wechaty Issue Questions

For the past 4 years, the Wechaty Community has posted many questions in our issues, many of them are very valuable for newcomers. For example, this one: Can not log in with error message: 当前登录环境异常。为了你的帐号安全，暂时不能登录web微信。 #603

It will be great if we can summary the top X questions from the issue list by ordering them with the number of comments, then rating the value of those questions by the contributor team, and finally, we make a FAQ for the first version.

It can be also considered to post those FAQ questions on the StackOverflow, and then we can answer those questions by ourselves so that it can be discovered by the future developers with ease.
