excus me, i try to sending message and receive message to another participans on meeting room android sdk, but the function ini guide can't help me.

Hello, android SDK does not currently have this functionality. You would need to use the normal webex spaces/rooms to send/receive messages separately from meeting, you could build this into your app and use the /messages API
