Swedish translation does not show up in View->languages menu

When the Swedish translation is installed it does not show up in the View->languages menu and
thus it is not possible to chose it.

If the order of languages in the file: tomcat/webapps/pentaho/mantle/messages/mantleMessages_supported_languages.properties
is changed, Swedish is put before Japanese, it works!

This works in "mantleMessages_supported_languages.properties"
