[2.3-1.9.4] Map wont update while using MySQL

Run my DynMap from a MySQL database. Did the initial fullrender without fail but once rendered it will not update any tiles already rendered or tiles for new chunk generation. Tried updaterender, radiusrender (which just doesn't work at all.) and another fullrender. Fullrender and updaterender say they are rendering new tiles but the dynmap remains unchanged. Here is my config.
