Test coverage for w3c/trusted-types#403

This is expected to fail in Chromium as it hasn't covered these functions with trusted types yet.

Do all 3 files expect the same thing but just call different methods? If so, would it make sense to combine them into one file?

Potentially but the existing test suite already has multiple files called block-XXX?
