Call for reviewers: defining features

I'm trying to expand the number of features in the repository, but to do this I need reviewers to help make sure that new features do reasonable things, such as:

• Map to a Can I use…? feature (or don't if it's not represented on caniuse)
• Link to a specification
• Identify subfeatures through browser-compat-data keys

You don't need to be an expert in a given feature to review it. At a minimum, it helps to have another person look over a caniuse page, skim a spec, read an article or two on MDN, and come to similar (or differing!) conclusions about what constitutes a feature. On my PRs, I've even added some help text to guide you toward some possible avenues of review.
