Content dashboard: Reorder columns

User research/feedback indicated that users would prefer the order of columns to be a little different. It’s a small value add so only worth it if it’s an easy change. The order from left to right would be:

• Item name
• Edit button
• WFO
• Publication status
• Draft status
• Last modified date/time
• Last modified by (user name)
