Change mouse cursor to something else (hand icon?) for PIP windows when movable #1355

This would reduce confusion so the user would understand that he can't interact directly with the running apps via the PIP window.

I experimented by changing the mouse icon to a hand icon (open/closed) but for whatever reason it just feels weird and does not work well with the mouse warp and right click context menu I would like to add to the PIP windows. I'll add a note however when the user is hovering over the window to help what to do to warp the mouse over to the destination, this should clarify how to interact best:
