wasmer publish should work exactly the same way as the wapm publish. With some additions:

  • It should support when the directory has a wasmer.toml instead of a wapm.toml
  • If a wasmer.toml is present, it will upload a .tar.gz file with the provided contents but renaming the wasmer.toml as wapm.toml inside of the tar.gz before publishing to the registry
