Add documentation for explaining NATS setup/usage across various components #592

We should have documentation that explains:

what ports need to be made available (and what can be optionally made available in case of additional features such as websocket connectivity for UI) from the NATS perspective
how various components of the system connect to NATS:
1. connectivity between nats-servers to form a cluster
2. nats monitoring (NATS Surveyor, Prometheus NATS exporter)
3. wasmcloud-host (with and without the sidecar nats leaf setup)
4. wadm
5. UI

so that folks can make informed decisions about how their networking configuration should look like
