Bulk Target Import

Is there a way to mass add targets to warpgate? An import feature would be nice that could accept a config file such as yaml or json.

At the same time a similar mechanism to export/import the current targets/users/groups via a admin option on the web UI would be nice so that settings can be restored if a catastrophic failure were to occur and the database is not available to restore settings.
