[Feature Request] Split $NEWROOT to allow writing .ww$timestamp files to a different location

While working on something a bit unorthodox involving Singularity, I came across the need to have the $NEWROOT location be different when writing the .ww$timestamp files versus the real, final path. Could a new config variable be introduced and wwgetfiles be updated to respect it? E.g.

NEWROOT=/
export NEWROOT
NEWTMPROOT=/opt/tmproot
export NEWTMPROOT

Edit: I have another way around this with some bind mounts, but I thought it would be a nice feature to have the option to separate the two.
