TTML2 2nd Edition Implementation Report

Tests

We do not expect to add any more tests to TTML2 Tests after the currently open pull requests at https://github.com/w3c/ttml2-tests/pulls are merged.

Add fragment profile designator tests (w3c/ttml2-tests#231). w3c/ttml2-tests#235

This has one outstanding comment - can we review and fix?

Implementation Report

Status of this? Does it reflect the test suite changes? @cconcolato volunteered to update it with the tests as we expect them to be.
