This is a Call For Consensus (CFC) to publish the January 2020 HTML Standard Review Draft as a W3C Candidate Recommendation.
No substantive issues were raised during wide and horizontal review (tracked in #8).
Features in the HTML standard that may have less than two implementations are documented at #11.
Please respond to this CFC by the end of your day on Saturday 6 June 2020.
You can add a "thumbs up" to this comment if you support the proposal or a "thumbs down" if you do not support it. You can also just leave a comment with
your vote - but please do respond because we need to make progress on issues like this and although it's common practice at W3C to assume that no objections
mean everyone is ok with the proposal, it's much better if we know for sure. Thank you.
