[Bug Report][3.7.0] VDataTableServer - select-strategy="all" not selecting everything across all pages

Environment

Vuetify Version: 3.7.0
Vue Version: 3.4.17
Browsers: Google Chrome
OS: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Click the select all checkbox (top left of the table) and see the first page of items selected. Go to the next page of the table and see the items on that page are not selected.

Expected Behavior

When select-strategy="all", all items should be selected across all pages

Actual Behavior

When select-strategy="all", only the visible page of items is selected
