CAPTCHA issue!

I added my cookie to environment. But now, I'm getting error about CAPTCHA verification. Can anyone help?

Request from Switzerland (I guess a Captcha is required here)

I tried doing what is described here:

But I never got the "box containing a verifying message". No matter how many messages I sent, like even after 10 messages.

Are there any more concrete steps one needs to take, for the "verifying message" to appear?
