Would it make sense to have a new command for auto-fix while doing puppet-lint? Right now, I have to go and edit the lint command before executing.

It sounds useful and shouldn't be too hard to implement. If you send a PR implementing it, I'll review it and help merge it. If you need any inspiration, you can take a look at how go-mode handles gofmt.
