Modified the Ferris SVG available at https://rustacean.net/assets/rustacean-flat-noshadow.svg so that it's just filled and unfilled regions, obviating the need for colors/themes.
From there, uploaded it to IcoMoon, cropped it, then downloaded the resulting JSON and exported an SVG of the icon.
Please let me know if there's further cleaning I can do to make this an easy addition.
