Software PLC for RT-Linux install instructions:
===============================================
1. Install RT-Linux for your kernel. See instructions on RT-Linux web site
(http://www.fsmlabs.com)
2. Download latest sources from http://sourceforge.net/projects/softwareplc
3. Unpack sources into work directory:
]# tar xzf SoftwarePLC-x.yy.tgz
4. Change current directory to sources:
]# cd SoftwarePLC-x.yy
5. Run configuration script:
]# ./configure
This generates Makefiles for all modules contained in project
6. Compile program:
]# make dep
]# make
7. Install software:
]# make install
8. For instructions about creating PLC see README or sample projects
in plc subdirectory

| plc - sample projects in IL language

| | skeleton - skeleton for creation of new PLC project

| library - library entries in IL language for usage with software
| PLC. Contains some simple functions and function blocks.

| kernel-library - Support library in C++. Required for compilation of
| generated C++ sources from IL.

| plc2cpp - compiler for IL language. Converts programs in IL into C++.

rtlinux - modules in C/C++ with drivers and kernel modules

| plc_devicemanager - Device driver manager for PLC. Must be loaded
| when inserting PLC compiled module into
| kernel-space

| plc_lpt - Parallel port driver. Allows controling of inputs and
| outputs, sets one of input addresses when interrupt is
| triggered

plc_userspace - Driver for communication between Software PLC and
| RT-Linux user-space. Usefull for visualisation.
| Uses RT-Linux fifos.
\_
rtl_cpp - Rewritten rtl_cpp module from original RT-Linux
distribution. Required by some build of GCC
