Retrain a model on Colab

Thank you for the great efforts!

I have two questions;

First, I have been using the Colab to train the model. I am using the default settings, 10000 Epochs. Let's say that I trained the model, it reached 10000 epochs and stopped. I tested it but it needs to be enhanced, can I retrain the same model again, but with a new dataset of the same speaker, again, so that it builds up on what it learned already from the previous train, on the next dataset and retrain? If so, could you explain the steps to do it, please?

Second, Is there any best practices' guide, best settings, best workflow to get the perfect model?
