Getting error since moving to AlmaLinux

I used openconnect-sso fine with Fedora34 server. But I recently moved to AlmaLinux 9.4 with exactly the same config and now openconnect-sso fails to launch the browser window:

I don't think any packages are missing, and I'm lost onto what this error means.
