android porting

I have been using novelwriter for a couple of months now for a rather large project, a pentalogy I am writing as a ghost writer.
For my work, it would be extremely useful to be able to use novelwriter on an android tablet as well (for mobility issues).
Is there a way to be able to install it on android?

There is no Android app, but if you can set up a Python environment, novelWriter itself can be installed with

pip install novelwriter

As far as I know, the Qt environment novelWriter is built on is available on Android. Qt is the only required dependency of novelWriter. Spell checking may or may not work on Android, I don't know.
