Project Word List window shows untranslated string

When opening the Project Word List, the heading above the list reads “Project Word List” in default English, instead of any other configured GUI language, even with an available translation.

This bug is a regression: the translated heading was displaying correctly in v2.2.1.

It should instead show the translated string (if available).

This has already been fixed in #1744, but I'll link this issue to it.

(It is not a regression. The display widget is new in 2.3.)
