Based on the following comment: #1002 (comment)

Add a list of headings in the currently open document, which can be navigated to jump to the relevant header. This should be fairly easy to implement as the project index already has all of this information.

The list box could be placed in a collapsible panel under the project/novel tree. Similar to the various views in VSCode. It somewhat depends on completing #1056 first.
