First public Github build for independent binary distribution of VCell solvers using new Vagrant multiplatform build framework. This version of the VCell solvers currently corresponds to "virtualcell/vcell" tag VCell_6.2_ALPHA_59. Solver binaries are included for most solvers on Linux64, Win64, and Macos. VCell/Chombo solvers are still build with our previous workflow and the corresponding binaries are not included in this release.
