Feature request

If a package in a relationship is NOT defined, then a warning is printed to stderr. Think it would be better to (also) to add information about missing package definition in the report

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Swallowing an inconsistency is misleading.

Describe a tool that might help here
