We need firewalld to be set up and running to enable fail2ban. Or else we gonna have an issue during cluster provision since the software as today just disables the firewall.
Firewall checks must be enabled or else fail2ban will fail. It's a service requirement. The Service class should be expanded to preview "dependencies".
