To make the package management tool Spack available on the system, add its configurations with the following steps:

cd /opt
git clone -c feature.manyFiles=true https://github.com/spack/spack.git
cd spack
. share/spack/setup-env.sh
spack config add 'modules:default:enable:[tcl]'
