Setting Reminders for Players as a GM

Is there a way to make a reminder pop up on their chat when they log in. I noticed the reminders are only for that User. So me, as a GM, putting a reminder on my Calendar doesn't force it to be a reminder on the Player's side. This might be a good tool for GM's that have Holidays/Events/Important Reminders for a specific day, and this would pop up on their screens when that day arrives and/or when they log in. Like if it was a character's Birthday... or a festival they wanted to go attend in town... or even a reminder to HEAD towards another town to GET to a Festival on time. These are things Players can set themselves, but more on a Global Scale I mean.. .the bigger events. Or events Mandated by the Town Mayor!
