Bug: Elements using inline-block

Summary

When working inside the block editor, heading blocks, as well as other blocks, are rendered using the style display: inline-block, causing layout issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a cover block
2. Insert a Heading Block
3. Type something short for the heading
4. Press Enter or Add another block
5. The next block (paragraph) displays inline with the heading.

It should be displayed below the heading.
