I'm currently using a docker container and docker-compose to help test. I'll throw what I've got out on a repo and link to it, in case that helps.

Posted it here. I stripped out only what I think is needed (what I've got on my box has a bunch more files, but I don't think they're needed for the build). I'll do some testing to make sure it works, but that should be all that's required to quickly stand it up.
