sorry for the late reply I completely missed this question. We do not thing POSTRE current version is a good choice for your disease of interest (prostate cancer) the current version is designed to handle: craniofacial, neurodevelopmental, cardiac and limb congenital diseases. But we are expanding the tool to be capable of handling a larger number of phenotypes. If you are interested on this, please let me know.

Currently, I still included POSTRE in our workflow, while requiring concordance with other pathogenicity prediction tools.
