Hi,

Thank you for the useful software!
We have SV data from prostate cancer patients. I'm wondering which phenotype I should include in column 6 of input when using Postre.

Hi @tgong1,
sorry for the late reply I completely missed this question. We do not thing POSTRE current version is a good choice for your disease of interest (prostate cancer) the current version is designed to handle: craniofacial, neurodevelopmental, cardiac and limb congenital diseases. But we are expanding the tool to be capable of handling a larger number of phenotypes. If you are interested on this, please let me know.

Hi,
Thank you for the reply. I would very happy to see POSTRE can include cancer.
Currently, I still included POSTRE in our workflow, while requiring concordance with other pathogenicity prediction tools.
